We all want to get fitter, lose weight, gain muscle, sleep better, eat better and more, but we all suffer from the same problems. Time and education are two of the most significant barriers people struggle to climb to reach their health goals.
Time: We all have time to factor in our health and make small changes, but we don’t do it.
Solution: Track and analyse what you’re doing for a week or two to figure out where you could potentially fit something in. Is there room for fitting more steps in throughout the day?
Education: It’s hard to know what to eat, how long to sleep, or the best form of workout as new crazes come out every month.
Solution: Find a coach that will help you on your journey, anaylse what you do and educate you on the process.
On top of this, we should be focusing on:
Building a support system, a team of like-minded people who can watch over your journey, motivate, encourage and educate you to do more, and you return the favour.
Health and well-being doesn’t have to be complicated, keep it simple and build and do what works for you.
