20 years in the gym!
I have tried all the fitness apps, the workout videos, the programmes and pretty much everything else, alongside going to the gym. I'm now turning 40 and need sustainable long term results, Avatraxx is the platform to help me do this. I love the simplicity of the tracking and the accountability from seeing friends.
